1. Remove liner from 3M adhesive backing, 2. Stick to any size pill bottle, 3. Slide and click indicator to right after taking medication each day, 4. At week's end, slide and click all indicators to the left again, 5. After all medication is taken, remove and stick to new pill bottle.
