Directions

Insert the pad into your underwear with the adhesive side down. The wings should fold around the edges of your underwear for a secure fit. Wear the pad for up to 8 hours, or until it is fully saturated. Remove the pad by grasping the tab at the end of the pad and pulling it out of your underwear. Dispose of the pad in a regular trash bin, wrapping it in tissue or toilet paper if desired. Always wash your hands after handling used pads.
