Ingredients

Ingredients: soya flakes*, ground linseed*, linseed*, gluten-free whole grain oatmeal*, sesame*, sunflower seeds*, rice whole grain flakes*, gluten-free buckwheat flakes*, chia seeds (Salvia hispanica)*, ground psyllium husks*, stone. Ssalsalt, salt salt from Organic cultivation. May contain traces of nuts/nuts, mustard and lupins.

Directions

1. Place the mixture in a bowl, stir with 500 ml of cold water and leave to swell for 15 minutes. 2. Then shape the dough into an oval loaf with wet hands and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. 3. Place the baking tray in the cold oven on the middle rail and bake at 200 C top/bottom heat for 80 minutes. 4. Allow bread to cool well before cutting.
