Description

• A traditional blend of herbs and spices containing everything you need to make your own Gluten free black pudding just add meat and water!
• Add 270g minced beef fat and 480g minced beef suet to a bowl, mix till combined.
• Add 750g black pudding mix and mix thoroughly.
• Add 750f warm water and mix to a slurry, leave to stand until cool, this willl firm up the mixture a little.
• Fill into casings and cool for approximately 50-60 minutes.
• Once cooked and cooled, slice into portions.
