The discreet device blends well with everyday clothing whilst still providing full functionality Features: The Boxia device consists of 2 separate components: a cuff situated above the ankle and a non-slip hook section placed between the footwears tongue and laces/Velcro straps. These sections are connected by an elastic strap which provides complete adjustment of the required level of dorsiflexion (foot-lift). Drop Foot

Peroneal Nerve Palsy (common fibular nerve injury/neuropathy).

Post-Stroke Hemiparesis, Multiple Sclerosis (MS)-related foot drop.

Peripheral Neuropathy (e.g., diabetic, compressive, idiopathic) causing reduced dorsiflexion.

Lumbar Radiculopathy (e.g., L4/L5) presenting with dorsiflexion weakness.
