ChihShang Taiwan Yuan Yang Rice 4kg Originates in Chi-Shang Township of Eastern Taiwan, where the sufficient warm sunshine, fresh air, unpolluted rich soil all contribute to the superior quality of the rice. With its tempting aroma, delicate texture, and a bit sweet aftertaste, the rice will absolutely impress and satisfy your taste buds. Ingredients: Rice (100%). Preparation Instructions: Rinse rice gently in cold water twice for 2 to 3 minutes each teim and dispose of water. Add fresh water to rice (ratio of .2 parts water to 1part of rice) and soak rice for 20 minutes. Cook in rice cooker as normal in accordance with cooker instructions. Oce rice is cooked, keep lid on for 20 minutes, allowing the cooked rice to rest. Prior to serving, loosen rice by using folding and stirring movements to create fluffiness.
