Directions

2 capsules per day with food. When starting supplementation it is recommended to take 6 capsules per day for the first 12 weeks to help balance essential fatty acids in the body.

Suitable for both adults and children 5 and over, but for children age under 5 years, we recommend other products in the range - EQUAZEN Children's Chews or Liquid - Vanilla or Citrus flavour.
