Ingredients

Starch, Flour (Rice, Pea, Maize), Buckwheat Flakes, Vegetable Fibre.

Directions

Measure 1 cup (120g) of flour, add 1/2 cup (120ml) of water, mix well, and knead until a soft dough forms. Rest for 10 minutes, then roll out and cook on a hot tawa.
