Brewing:
Brew the tea leaves with boiling water. For raw tea, the water temperature can be slightly lower, about 90-95 degrees Celsius; for ripe tea, boiling water at 100 degrees Celsius can be used. When brewing for the first time, quickly pour out the tea water. This step is called "washing tea", which can remove impurities on the surface of the tea leaves.
Next, pour boiling water again and soak for an appropriate time. The soaking time for raw tea can be shorter, generally about 10-20 seconds; the soaking time for ripe tea can be a little longer, about 20-30 seconds. Adjust the soaking time according to personal taste. If you like strong tea, you can extend the soaking time. If you like weak tea, you can shorten the time.
Finally, pour the brewed tea into the tea cup and enjoy it. It can be brewed many times. As the number of brews increases, the soaking time can be gradually extended.
