• Extra Long Rice Cooked upto 24mm. Guaranteed Pure 1121 Basmati Rice.
• Aromatic and Fluffy Rice. Gluten Free, Finest Grains of 1121 Kainat Basmati. Great Taste, Ideal for Various Delicious Recipes like Plain Rice, Pilao, Biryani and Many More.
• Boiling Method. Soak rice in water for 20 mintues. Boil the rice 7-9 minutes on Low Medium Flame but in plenty of water, Drain out extra water after boiling. Aromatic fluffy rice is ready to use. In boiling even 1 minute extra may affect rice length and can break them as it is soft rice unlike to SELLA Rice. You may add a lit bit oil during boiling for better results.
• Pulao Method. For chicken and Mutton Pulao, rice water ratio is 1-1.5. For example rice is 2 cup, water should be 3 cup. In the end when water almost dry, steam rice for 10-15 mintues on lowest flame.

Our processing of rice starts from sourcing various samples of crop, pass through extensive cooking process and finalizing the best grains partiularly in extra length and taste. While processing, broken, short grain and rejection grains are separated and then packed to 3 layer food grade packaging. Unlike many big names of the rice industry, we provide our customers proper grains of rice not the mixing of 15-20% broken rice.
