• * Preparation: Pour 450ml of water into a saucepan and bring to the boil. Then add the noodles: 2min for aldente, 2min30 for normal. Then add the soup directly to the pan, stir with chopsticks and turn off the heat. Pour into a bowl, add the red hot sauce and add other ingredients of your choice: steamed chashu pork, sliced onions, nori, eggs, etc. to taste.

*We do NOT use halal certified chicken or beef. *This is NOT halal ramen. *This ramen contains no pork, but is made in the same facilities that makes The Classic Tonkotsu Ramen (pork-bone broth).

Ingredients

Noodle (wheat flour (domestic production), vegetable protein, salt), soup (rapeseed oil, chicken extract, salt, chicken oil, sugar, yeast extract, garlic powder, seafood extract, protein hydrolysate, chicken meat, black pepper), yakumi (chilli powder, pepper powder) / seasoning (amino acid, etc.), caramel colour, Kansui (brine), starch oxide, acidulant, thickener (xanthan), antioxidant (vitamin E), (some parts contain wheat, soya and chicken).

Directions
