The MAGGI gluten-free beef bouillon powder is an ally for any professional chef. Creating great-tasting food, with ease, use as a seasoning or stock in gluten-free dishes.

Not only is it virtually fat free, but it is also gluten-free, bain-marie stable, freeze/thaw stable and microwaveable. This gluten-free beef bouillon has been created with ease and flavour in mind, so that no chef has to compromise on taste, but can save on time.

Ingredients

salt potato starch maltodextrin flavourings sugar yeast extract beef extract (2%) caramelised sugar syrup palm oil dried onion acid citric acid rice fibre

Directions

Place the desired quantities of MAGGI beef bouillon into a large container and pour over the required amount of boiling water. Whisk until the product has completely dissolved. Then allow to cool slightly, and serve.
