Description

• PASTA MANCINI: made only from semolina and water, our pasta is produced only from durum wheat cultivated directly by the company every year.
• LINGUINE: they have a length of 260 mm, a section of elliptical shape 4,4 mm wide and are 1,36 mm thick.
• BRONZE EXTRUSION: bronze increases both the porousness and roughness of the pastas surface and thus its ability to retain the sauce.
• INGREDIENTS: semolina and water are the only ingredients.
• COOKING TIME: their cooking time is between 7 and 9 minutes.

Our pasta is produced with durum wheat grown directly by the company. The only ingredients used are semolina and water. We use circular bronze dies and dry the pasta at temperatures below 44 C, using about 20 hours for short pasta and about 40 hours for long pasta. Linguine are 260mm long and have an elliptical section 4.4mm wide and 1.36mm thick. The cooking time is 7-9 minutes.
