- SPAGHETTI: they are 260 mm long and 2,2 mm wide.
- TURANICUM WHEAT: an ancient subspecies of durum wheat, selected by man more than 4.000 years ago, commonly known worldwide as Triticum Turanicum, special for its high digestibility and unique flavor.
- BRONZE EXTRUSION: bronze increases both the porousness and roughness of the pastas surface and thus its ability to retain the sauce.
- INGREDIENTS: semolina and water are the only ingredients.
- COOKING TIME: their cooking time is between 7 and 9 minutes.
