The PERISPHERA-A 4-electrode probe is indicated for perineal re-education, by electrostimulation and EMG biofeedback. It is a 2-channel probe, it is intended for the treatment of both male patient with results of post-prostatectomy urinary incontinence and patients with defecation disorders. The insertion depth is adjustable, from 42 to 57 mm, according to the anatomical constitution of the patient, by means of the 4-position rear flange which also determines the correct orientation of the probe. The 4 electrodes are arranged 2 front and 2 rear.
