Gold orange in color, with a bouquet packed with lemon rind, candied lemon, lemongrass, honey, flowers and spice box, the hot sauce is unctuous, fat, sweet, dense and incredibly long. The rich, ripe, finish remains on your palate for at least 7 minutes. This is so rich, you can eat with a spoon. The Mexican Tears - Red Habanero Sauce is very hot stuff.
