Spicy notes of green jalapeos, tomato, lemon and star anis created the nose. But the best part of the experience is the silky, viscous layers of sweet, very ripe, smoked green chipotles, aromatic mesquite, in the long, opulent, spicy, warm, silky textured, rich finish.
