Product Description

MRC Classic Chinese Glaze seasoning is a must for barbecue fanatics, home cooks, foodies and butchers. The chinese spices create an awesome flavour blend that works as a BBQ marinade for meat. The star anise, cinnamon and ginger Chinese spice blend can also be used as a spice for cooking vegetables, whether in the oven or on the BBQ!

Ingredients

INGREDIENTS: Sugar, Maltodextrin, Salt, Starch, Colours (Beetroot Red, Carmine, Plain Caramel, Paprika Extract and Natural Rosemary Flavouring), Spices (Star Anise, Cinnamon, Ginger), Dried Garlic, Dried Onion, Yeast Extract, Thickeners (Guar Gum, Xanthan Gum), Rapeseed Oil, Natural Flavouring, Natural Garlic Flavouring.

Directions

Place meat or poultry in a bag. Add the glaze at approximately 10% of the weight of the protein and tumble until evenly coated. Allow 10-15 minutes for the gaze to develop before cooking thoroughly.
