Description
- The Iberian Pata Negra is an excellent cut obtained from Iberian pigs weighing more than 160 kg.
- The ingredients of the stuffed grip are: 100% Iberian grip fed with acorns, sea salt, La Vera paprika, extra virgin olive oil, garlic, oregano and preservatives (E-250 and E-252).
- Once the curing process is complete, the unit weight varies between 350 and 400 grams. It has a high iron content which manifests itself in its strong purplish color and its energy value is such that, consumed, with a few slices you can feel the sensation of energy recovery.
- Its organoleptic characteristics are unique, and to enjoy it it is advisable to remove the vacuum bag, leave the piece in a cool and dry place for 24 hours and slice it to a thickness of about 1.7 mm. In pork cut, the Presa is located between the top of the shoulder and the loin.
- Made in Navarretinto, Extremadura, Spain. It does not contain gluten. GMO free. Mxima calidad R.D. 4/2014.
