- PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS: This quality Japanese Matcha WILL form lumps if not prepared correctly due to its electrostatic nature. MUST be sifted through a fine tea strainer before adding water (80C or lower) for perfect results. Smooth, easy to mix with a silky, fine texture (5-10 microns - as fine as baby powder).
