1. Combine 142g of mix with 250ml of water in a bowl. 2. Stir until smooth. 3. Pour into a preheated oven at 220C (425F) for 20-25 minutes for Yorkshire puddings or 180C (350F) for 10-15 minutes for pancakes. 4. Enjoy your perfectly baked Yorkshire puddings or pancakes.
