- Gyokuro green tea is regarded as the finest variety of tea made in Japan. Super elegant, to be savoured.
- Smoother and more umami-rich than standard matcha, with a delicate sweetness.
- Jade Dew tea is shaded for three weeks before harvest, longer than matcha, then finely ground on a traditional stone mill.
- Brew a tiny amount at 70C - 80C for just 1 -2 minutes and whisk to make small bubbles
