The selected product comprises six 500 ml glass bottles of Parqueoliva Serie Oro extra virgin olive oil from Almazaras de la Subbtica. This olive oil has a golden yellow colour and an aroma reminiscent of fresh fruit. It has a remarkable bitter and spicy flavour and a high intensity of fruitiness. It has a very intense fruitiness, with a multitude of green aromas that we associate with freshly cut grass, tomato or apple. On the palate, it is an olive oil of great personality, with a soft entry, as far as sweetness is concerned. The progression of bitter and spicy attributes further enhances, if possible, its powerful personality. In Andalusia you will find the Sierras Subbticas Natural Park, a protected area that has been designated as a World Geopark by UNESCO. The most important cultivated soils in this nature reserve are those ones from Almazaras de la Subbtica, a first-grade agricultural cooperative. It was founded in 2007 thanks to the merger of two very popular cooperatives with more than 60 years of experience in the production of olive oil at national and international level: S.C.A. Virgen del Castillo and S.C.A. Olivarera Nuestro Padre Jess Nazareno. Moreover, Almazaras de la Subbtica has been awarded with a large number of awards in the last years: 1) World's Best Olive Oil: (Years 2012, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2020); 2) World's Best Olive Oil Mill: (Years 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2020).
