Description

• The Linguine with truffle are refined products that arise from the encounter of Morelli's Artigianale paste with the precious tubercle. Wheat germ and truffle, a combination of exceptional flavours is created.
• Origin: Tuscany
• Ingredients: durum wheat semolina, eggs, wheat germ, truffle (0.86%), herbs.
• Tasting tip: fill a pan with approx. 4 litres of water and a spoon of salt (12 g). When cooking, add the pasta and mix occasionally. Boil the pasta for 3 minutes and drain with a little water. Add a dash of olive oil with black truffle and some pieces of black truffles or the extraordinary truffle sauce. Serve your pasta dish very hot.

Poids net : 250gr Conseil de dgustation : Remplir une casserole d environ 4 litres d eau, et une cuillre de sel (12gr). A bullition, mettre les ptes et mlanger de temps en temps.Cuire les ptes 3 minutes, goutter en laissant un peu d eau. Ajouter un filet d huile d olive la truffe noire et quelques lamelles de truffes noires, ou l exceptionnelle sauce du truffier.Servir votre plat de ptes bien chaud.
