Ingredients

dextrose, a gelling agent (from fruit pectin) 17% and an acidifier (citric acid). Possible traces of GLUTEN, MILK, EGG, SOYA, NUTS

Directions

Add 500 grams of fruit and 500 grams of sugar to the Vitpris mix. Cook the mixture over low heat until it tastes like jam. Let it cool and fill it into jars. Put the jars in the cold water bath to preserve the jam.
