Dried, cut and sifted Tibulus Terrestris - Pure, Natural, Herbal tea - 50g / 1.76oz

Directions

1. Boil water to 100C or 212F. 2. Add 1-2 teaspoons of Tibulus Terrestris tea leaves to a tea infuser or teapot. 3. Pour the hot water over the tea leaves. 4. Steep the tea for 5-7 minutes. 5. Remove the tea leaves and enjoy.
