Prepared for risotto all'ortolana ready to cook: a practical and tasty way to cook when you have little time but do not intend to give up taste and quality ingredients.

Cooking tips: pour some oil, or melt some butter, in a pan adding immediately the whole contents of the bag. Fry for a few moments, continuing to turn the rice and add 75 cl of water (or vegetable broth if you prefer) and cook over low heat, pouring more water to obtain the desired creaming. Before serving, we recommend adding a knob of butter.
