Directions

[GENERAL] 1. Remove the heating pad from its packaging. 2. Plug the heating pad into a power outlet. 3. Select one of the 3 temperature settings. 4. Place the heating pad on the area of the body that needs warmth and pain relief. 5. Monitor the heating pad to make sure it does not overheat and automatically shuts off after about 90 minutes. 6. When finished, turn off the heating pad and unplug it. 7. For cleaning, remove the cover and wash it in the washing machine at 30 C.

Safety Warning

Do not leave the heating pad unattended during use to avoid overheating and burning.
