Ready in 40 minutes with just 3 easy steps, this recipe mix gently complements your mixed vegetables for a memorable taste. Simply cut your mixed vegetables into 2.5cm chunks, throw them into a bowl and coat them with oil. Next, sprinkle over the seasoning and toss to coat evenly. Afterwards, spread the vegetables onto a large roasting tray and cook for 30 mins, or until glazed and cooked through. If youre in the mood for something different, you can stir the roasted vegetables into cooked pasta with your favourite salad dressing for a quick and easy pasta salad. It also makes a great topping for puff pastry for a delicious vegetable tart. Schwartz Mediterranean Roasted Vegetables Recipe Mix is suitable for vegetarians and is free from MSG and artificial colours.

Directions

1. Sprinkle Schwartz Mediterranean Roasted Vegetables over your mixed vegetables. 2. Toss to coat evenly. 3. Roast in the oven at 200C for 40 minutes or until vegetables are tender and slightly charred.
