Ingredients

Citric Acid, Electrolytes (37%) (Sodium Bicarbonate, Sodium Chloride, Calcium Carbonate, Potassium Chloride, Tricalcium Phosphate, Magnesium Carbonate), Sorbitol, Inulin, Flavouring, Colour (Caramel E150d), Caffeine (75mg), Sweetener(Sucralose), Vitamins (Pyridoxine Hydrochloride,Riboflavin 5-Phosphate-sodium, Thiamin Hydrochloride).

Directions

1. Open the bottle of effervescent tablets. 2. Take out one tablet at a time. 3. Drop into 500ml water. 4. Wait for to dissolve completely. 5. Stir if necessary. 6. Consume rehydration drink during exercise or sports activities an energy boost with caffeine. 7. Do not consume more than 4 tablets per day. 8. Once prepared, within 24 hours. 9. Store remaining in cool dry place.
