We use fresh juicy Amalfi lemons for this special marmalade. Theyre large, very fragrant, a little sweet and a little sour perfect for our newest member of our marmalade family!

All the lemons are hand sliced to a medium shred and then cooked slowly to soften. We add the sugar then boil quickly until setting point is reached. We've opted for a traditional firm set for all you traditional marmalade fans. The flavour is of fresh lemons, bitter, and sweet, and we're really quite proud of this one.

Each jam jar contains 225g.

Sugar, Amalfi Lemon, Water, Natural Pectin. Prepared with 27g fruit per 100g, total sugars 54g per 100g
