Our Sliced Smoked Pancetta is an Italian type of bacon very similar to that of streaky bacon. Produced from pork belly, it is seasoned, dry cured and then lightly smoked. And has a distinctly pork flavour, lovely smokiness with a subtle salty taste. Making it ideal for cooking because it adds additional depth of flavour and a hint of salt to all your pasta dishes, soups and stews.

Commonly used to wrap meat or vegetables in a similar way to prosciutto or bacon. We love it with asparagus and highly recommend using it to make Pancetta Wrapped Cod on a bed of Fennel and Saffron Risotto.
