Ingredients

Maltodextrin (corn), natural scent of smoke (EFSA-Q-2005-265), Antiaglomerant: Silicon dioxide (E551).

Directions

Mix with dry ingredients before adding liquids. Use in recipes that require a natural red food coloring, such as beet meringue, salted mousse, and pastries. Follow the recommended dosing instructions to obtain the desired color.
