Description

• A traditional Spanish meatball mix with a hint of smoky paprika, garlic & chorizo.
• Add 100g meatball mix to 780g minced meat, add 120ml cold water (alter to desired consistency)
• Mix till combined and shape to the desired size of meatball.
• Cook either in the oven, pan or grill until cooked through, serve as required.
• The colder the meat and water, the better the appearance and life of the meatball.
• Leave meatball in the fridge overnight to allow the herbs and spices to marinade with the meat
• Use meatball trays to store your meatballs that allow your meatballs to hold their shape.
