Prague Powder #2 protects slow cured and air-dried charcuterie from spoilage by dangerous micro-organisms. Use in salami, prosciutto and other air-dried cured meats USAGE RATE: 2.5g per kg. NOTE: to comply with UK regulations, our Prague Powder is colouring free. Performance is not affected
