Product description

The Proheel is a rear foot moulded orthotic designed to elevate the heel. An unaddressed limb length discrepancy can give rise to a number of postural problems, including lower back pain. By lifting the shorter limb from under the heel, posture can be returned to normal and pain free walking restored. Medial posting of the heel will also reduce the pronation compensation often associated with leg length discrepancy. In the treatment of Achilles tendonitis, lifting the heel reduces the tension in the tendon is reduced allowing for natural healing. Elevation of the Heel - Proheel is a moulded rear foot orthotic made from medium density EVA. Each Proheel is furnished with an anti-bacterial top cover. It is ideal for elevation of the heel in cases of LLD, restriction of ankle joint movement and Achilles tendonitis.
