Product Description

A spicy concentrated pre-cooked paste from ground fresh spices and dried shrimps for making the soup for prawn noodle. Just mix paste in water and bring to boil and the soup is ready to pour on yellow noodles, top with slices of cooked meat, cooked prawns and hard-boiled egg. Adding some chopped spring onions and fried shallots will further enhance the taste of this delicacy.

Ingredients

SOY Oil, Onions, Sugar, Shrimp (12%) (Crustacean), Salt, Chilli (4%), Galangal, Flavour Enhancer: E621, Garlic, Lemongrass, Thickener: E1422.

Directions

Just mix paste in water and bring to boil and the soup is ready to pour on yellow noodles, top with slices of cooked meat, cooked prawns and hard-boiled egg.
