• Our delightfully sour but sweet Black Cherry infused balsamic is a combination of our rich and intense reserve balsamic and the concentrated juice and natural flavour of black cherry. Drizzle this delicious infusion over ice cream, chilled pear, strawberries, fruit salad, cheesecake, tiramisu, trifle, Black Forest gateaux, granola & Greek yoghurt, smoked duck breast, venison steak, creamy blue cheeses or brie.

Superb also when mixed with one of the gift of oils premium or infused olive oils as a dip with fresh bread or as a dressing. Fantastic with our Orange & Mandarin oil over duck, chicken, pork tenderloin or baked brie. Use with our Basil oil over roasted cherry tomatoes, roasted carrots, bruschetta, mozzarella and tomato or griddled aubergine. Use with our Mint oil over feta salad, goats cheese salad, moussaka or lamb kebabs.
