A 8 inch round fruit cake filled with sultanas and mixed peel, then soaked in sherry for a rich flavour. The cake is approximately 5.5cm in height, the cakes are perfect for enjoying on their own or can be covered for an occasion, you can even take on the challege of creating a showstopping celebration cake! approximate weight of the cake is 1.8kg
