• After cooking for a second time, the marmalade is left in a pail to cool overnight The following day the marmalade is cooked for a third time to caramelise the sugar, this gives it a deep colour and its full bodied flavour

Product Description

Tiptree Tawny is a full flavoured thick cut Seville orange marmalade. This rich, dark marmalade is made to a cherished recipe and is free from artificial colours, flavours and preservatives. The Seville oranges are cooked with sugar and nothing else. Each year we travel to Seville to select the best oranges.
