Patra is a popular vegetarian dish in the West region of India. Its main ingredient is crushed chickpeas (gram flour) paste, with herbs and spices, wrapped in the leaf of the taro plant.

Tender Patra Leaves, Gram Flour, Refined Vegetable Oil, Spices, Tamarind, Water, Salt, Citric Acid.

Directions

Remove roll from the tin and cut into slices. Fry slices until crispy golden and serve hot with a chutney or a dipping sauce of your choice.
