Directions

Apply a pea-sized amount of paste onto a toothbrush. Brush teeth in circular motions, ensuring to cover all surfaces, including the gum line. Brush for at least 2 minutes, twice a day. Spit out excess paste and rinse mouth thoroughly with water. Do not swallow.
