Cinnamon* (30%), spearmint* (21%), green tea* (20%), ginger* (9%), cardamom* (8%), cloves*, black pepper*, cinnamon oil*. *certified organic

Directions

BREWING PREPARATION: Pour 280ml of freshly boiled water over the teabag. Allow to infuse for 7 minutes (or longer for a stronger flavour). Add milk or milk substitute and sweetener to taste.
